09-15 CTS-V REAR SHIFTER PLUG

This rear shifter plug for The Cadillac CTS-V replaces the factory plug that tends to wear out prematurely and/or fall off the car if the screws come loose. A complete shifter assembly is the only way to purchase this piece from Cadillac.  If you still have the OEM plug but the shifter is sloppy this is due to the factory design using an o-ring like piece that supports the shifter rod. We take a different approach and machine the delrin to a tight fit on the shifter rod so there is more surface area than just a small o-ring like piece. We also supply new hardware in case your have gone missing.

If you are looking for the best shifter feeling, we suggest also purchasing our short throw shifter. However, our short throw shifter does not replace this plug in the OEM shift mechanism so we suggest purchasing both.
