09-15 CADILLAC CTS-V DIFFERENTIAL BUSHINGS
These polyurethane bushings replace the low quality, factory installed bushings in the differential. If there is a “clunking” in the rear of your vehicle during acceleration, the differential bushings are a probable cause. The rubber material that the factory used for these bushings is very soft with considerable air space in the bushings, and these bushings are under tremendous strain during vehicle acceleration. Generally these three points lead to the early demise of the factory bushings.
Our replacement differential bushings are made using a polyurethane material that is stronger than the OEM Cadillac rubber and the bushings are 100% filled (no air space) which minimizes deflection between the inner aluminum tube and outer housing. The use of our bushings will add minimal noise transmission to the cabin from the differential.
We offer two different durometers (hardnesses) for either a daily driver-street car or a full on race car. With that said, here is a breakdown of what we suggest a customer purchases dependent on the use of the vehicle-
- Daily driver/occasional racing (700hp or less)- We suggest the kit in black. This will keep the differential in place without transmitting too much noise or vibration. These bushings are 75A durometer.
- Race car or noise isn’t a concern (unlimited HP)- We suggest the kit in red. The differential will deflect very little with these bushings due to them being much stronger. NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) may increase in some vehicles dependent on other modifications. These bushings are 95A durometer.

Quality parts. I bought the street ones. easy to install, drop the rear, not out of the car. Torchout the old, install the new. Much less flex than my worn out stock ones, no slack in the pedal. Also, great guys, very helpful.
