Audi Active Engine Mount Bypass

Used to keep the check engine light from coming on when you replace your factory active engine mounts with our Elimivibe polyurethane mounts. The OEM engine mounts in some Audi vehicles are considered “active”.  An active engine mount means the vehicle can alter the stiffness of the engine mounts dependent on certain conditions. While a nice feature, these engine mounts have a high failure rate and are generally expensive to replace. Stiffness altering is done via electrical connection on the OEM engine mounts. These Audi active engine mount bypasses plug into that connector and keep the check engine light from coming on. We use a factory style electrical connector that locks into the wiring harness and is sealed to prevent failure.

1 bypass is needed per engine mount. Bypasses are also sold with our Elimivibe engine mounts.
